High on the Innergschlöß Glacier Trail (2,187 m), the Schlatenbach Waterfall crashes down with wild summer intensity. From the first of 18 viewpoints, spray and sunlight can paint a rainbow at the slope’s base, and the roar marks the start of the climb toward the “eternal ice” of the Schlatenkees glacier.
