Story attached by the author to this sound recording:On Mount Soria in Gran Canaria, an intriguing observation was made of a goat herder guiding his flock. Without using any signals, calls, or sounds, he moved slowly along the road, relying solely on his presence and movements at the roadside to indicate the direction. The goats quickly recognized him and followed his steady pace as they descended.
At the end of the road, just before the ascent to the mountain peak, there is a good parking area. From there, a bench provides a wide view of the valley. This spot offered an opportunity to watch the goats and their movements. The diverse sounds of bells echoing through the valley, blending with the warm wind, were captured in a recording.
A moment that highlights the natural harmony between humans, animals, and their surroundings.
