A Reykjavík landmark with the city at its feet. Hallgrímskirkja rises above the open square with a clear, sculptural presence. Its ascending façade draws the eye upward, while the surrounding urban space gives the architecture room to shape the entire scene.
The Photo was taken at the real Hallgrímskirkja location while the matching Feelplex Sound was being recorded. It preserves the visual atmosphere behind the Sound and connects the monumental church with the everyday movement of Reykjavík below.
