• Regulatory content, applicability of the terms of use
  • This license agreement between BYTSCH Technology UG (limited liability) (“licensor”) and the user of the Feelplex platform (“licensee”) covers the rights of use to content downloaded from the Feelplex platform from the point in time of receipt (via downloading, streaming or as an email attachment).
  • This license agreement supplements the terms of use, which remain unaffected by the provisions in this agreement.
• Right of use
  • The licensor grants the licensee a non-exclusive, permanent, perpetual and location-independent global right to use downloaded content with the following restrictions:
    • The licensee may only use the content acquired for private purposes.
    • The licensee may edit, adapt, shorten or cut the content or combine the content with other content in their own productions (slide shows, films, etc.), as long as these productions are not used commercially. Content may not be adapted in any other cases.
    • Content may not be reproduced or distributed. This also applies to distribution on data carriers.
    • Public presentation or making the content and/or own productions made using this content publicly available is also not permitted. This ban also includes publishing content on internal networks (intranet) and social media networks (Facebook, YouTube and so on), even if this is done through a private account.
    • The licensee does not have authority to provide third parties with further rights of use.
  • If the licensee purchases an editorial license, they are permitted to publicly present downloaded content (or parts thereof) on the condition that
    • the content is used without changes
    • the publisher is credited either in written or auditory format, e.g. written format: “Sounds from www.feelplex.de” or auditory format “This production uses sounds provided by www.feelplex.de”
    • Editorial use applies for the following purposes:
      • charity activities,
      • educational activities,
      • research,
      • TV/radio documentary reporting,
      • audio books,
      • theatre productions,
      • the work will not be presented on the internet or intranet.
